Known for her motivating leadership style, and for providing an understanding of human interactions with processes, technology and organizations, Lisa drives user-centric strategies nested in the philosophy that products must work in harmony with the needs of the customer to achieve the ultimate success.

Lisa’s experience is rooted in the design, development and deployment of systems, processes, and services across diverse industries, and specializes in designing remarkable user experiences that attain measurable results. She leads organizations in modern transformation efforts, defining and enhancing digital, business and go-to-market strategies, operational processes, organizational structures, and culture to drive and sustain superior customer experiences.

She holds a B.S. in Finance from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science and a Masters in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University.
