This PowerUp uses Empathy Mapping to help you uncover the “why” behind consumer beliefs and behaviors. Empathy Mapping brings clarity to a participant’s needs, desires, and underserved areas of opportunity. After completing fieldwork, it’s a great time to synthesize and uncover the emotions and motivations behind a participant’s actions.
